I am sure you re not remembering it correctly or as many of us do remembering it as we heard it. There are several web sites that offer French children's Music on line in Midi format so you can listen in English and in French perhaps you can listen to a few and that will help you find the song. I suggest this because when My daughter was 6 she requested the "Buckaroo Song" and after much inquisition it turned out to be "Stay" by Oingo Boingo what she heard as Buckaroo was "If we get the room." so most likely this is a case of confused lyrics.
