Recently everything I touch has started shocking me. I get shocked by store shelves, car doors, ect... It's so bad that I can't even touch my husband or kids without shocking them. I'm not talking about a little static either. Today I shorted out the t.v. and the playstation just by touching them and I have blisters on the tips of my fingers from all the shocks. I'm getting scared to even touch anything, yes i've tried leather soled shoes because it's suppose to help, but nothings working.

Tell me about it. I get shocked all the time. I hate it. I think what causes the severe static is the dry atmosphere. I have found out that if you keep your hands moistened, you won't get shocked as bad. Try putting some lotion on your hands. That will help. I guarantee it.

Get some static cling spray, that's always worked for me, or rub lotion on your clothes, hands that's works too. I used to rub a little lotion on my slip and it could keep my dress from having static.

I'd see if a Dr. could figure out what your shocking problem is and wear an all rubber suit until your appointment.
