I believe that plastic surgery should be use only for facial reconstruction for a patient that suffers some kind of deforms, like a tumor or so. I've seen how it was use to create a fake ear or nose for a patient that doesn't have one, it does wonders.
But to change a person's look that's already perfect? that's twisted. just plain wrong. A normal healthy person should never attempt plastic surgery, it could potentialy make a fine face to a horrible one.

Depends. Definitely yes for medical reasons or after surgeries and accidents. Yes, if the outcome is gonna make you feel better and boost your confidence.

Hell no. God didn't make any mistakes on me, I'm attractive, no perfect, but I'm happy with who I am- and when I get older, I'm going with it - gonna grow old gracefully not fight it by going under the knife.

Sure if you can afford it. Make sure you check your surgeons credentials first. Also ask for pictures of some of his results.
