There is a OTC medicine that will help control vomiting but it is very expensive, I don't remember the name of it but the pharmacist will know. I would munch on saltine crackers (the salt seems to help me) don't eat them just munch (a bite or two then wait 10-15 minutes and take another bite or two (do this throughout the day) drink clear sodas like ginger ale, sprite, 7 up but only sip them also throughout the day. You may keep throwing up but some of what you put into your stomach stays there and you don't want to get dehydrated. Try to sit up as much as possible to prevent heartburn. If you still have it you could take just about 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda mixed in about 2 ounces of water. It sweetens the stomach and helps get rid of heartburn. Hope this helps and you feel better soon, with the flu you just have to wait it out.

Sounds like the flu to me. Try Theraflu. It works wonders. Also, get lots of sleep. You might try drinking some gatorade or getting some pedialyte. These aren't as easy to vomit up and will give you a little energy back. Only take sips at a time until you can keep something down.

Your doctor can prescribe you fenagrin for the vommitting.

Pepto bismal may help (except for the vomiting maybe) - I would try some ginger ale, or some chicken broth (keep up your strength) - I know you don't want to get dehydrated because that makes things even worse. Clear liquids, and maybe if your up to it some toast.

I hope you feel better.
