Doesn't really matter to me, either way I know I'll be laughin at both the cops. But I guess I'd choose roughed up, that way I can taunt and tease the cop.

That's like the equivalent to a spanking or punishment.
I choose roughed up over being talked to death. I live and it's over faster, 2 big pros.

I'd be the morally ambiguous cop. I'd save innocents' lives but my method would be questionable.
