i have been playing both versions of online chess but after formetting my computer ther older version,s gone?

i have been playing on line chess on both versions,the older and the new one.recently i got my computer formetted.after that tha rooms in the older version does not open?what to do?Again since last two days in the new version in the column no of players only (0) appears.why?
