Ovarian cysts commonly come and go. For someone planning to have a child, its a good idea to wait for the cysts to clear before getting pregnant to reduce the risk of an ectopic pregnancy or complications that could arise from a ruptured cyst. But, even with cysts present, a woman can still have a normal pregnancy.
