When they are in a safe, secure relationship, when they are BOTH emotionally ready, and whey they are using protection against STDs and pregnancy. That is the ONLY time to be having sex.

When you understand and can deal with getting pregnant, getting a STD, having the boy break up with you, etc. If you decide to have sex, use a condom everytime. Getting on birth control would be a good idea too!

When she is physically, psychologically, and emotionally ready to handle all of the consequences of sex. There is also pregnancy and STDs to consider (guys lie and don't always know they are infected). One time of sex is all it takes to get something you can die from.
Sex is more than you think.

okaii so before you decide to have sex wirth your boyfriend think...how long have you known this guy...do you really love him....are you sure he's not just using you to"get some".....are you ready to get your heart broken....i'm not saying he's going to break your heart but once you start having sex with this guy and you really think your in love with him you will get attatched and you want to make sure he's on the same level as you cuz he can break your heart...i know how it feels so just be careful gurly!!!
and USE A CONDOM!!! or get on birth control..thats always good ;)

When you are MARRIED is the absolute best, safest, most acceptable and least risky time to have committed, loving monogamous sex.
