If you had some neighbors whom you suspected to be Communists, would you notify the FBI?

Would you do your patriotic duty?

There is a suspected Communist household in my sub-division. We have noticed several Prius type vehicles coming and going. Furthermore, there has been a noticible lack of US flag display on essential days such as Veteran's Day, 4th of July, etc

Our concerned group has videotaped enough individuals and vehicles/license plates, etc that we feel comfortable enough to go forward with a criminal complaint. What do you suggest?

Oh, and just FYI: we are armed to the teeth with concealed weapons. the Commies wouldn't stand a chance against us in single combat

I think your paranoia is getting to you. The days of the commies coming in and overthrowing the government are over. Besides, it isn't illegal to be a communist, just like it isn't illegal to belong to the KKK. If they're commiting crimes or plotting a bloody revolution, then yeah, maybe you should report them. But, I think if you worry about any foreign ideologies and threats to the nation, it should be Islamic extremism. Also, just because they don't show an American flag on holidays doesn't make them anti-American. I don't show a flag on any holidays, mainly because I don't have a flagpole or a way to fasten it to anything and I'm very patriotic.

Naw. The FBI is actually inundated with millions of phone calls about possible communists and 99.9% of them work for or support the DFL party.

This is more common than bubblegum stuck to the bottom of school desks.

I don't support communism but I don't think there is anything illegal about being a communist. It isn't as if they had snuck into the country and are trying to take it over like illegal aliens from Mexico are trying to do. Those are the criminals we need to get rid of quickly. Call INS often!

No, since Communism is not illegal in the United States. And, of course, you've given no actual indications of Communist activity, even if it was illegal. This isn't 1950, you know.
