By seeing a doctor and getting a good diagnosis. The doctor will give you the proper prescription medication to get over the type of infection you have. And it's Bacterial Vagenosis, not Viagenosis, by the way.

If you have a yeast infection you know because your coochie itches like the devil and if you look down there you seen white stuff like bread dough.

It makes very little difference.

Use the Yogurt remedy to get rid of either one. Your PH is out of balance.
