Don't know about the worst fielder though but I'd like to mention that Jonty Rhodes is one of the best fielders not the only best fielder, dont forget Mohd. Azharuddin.

Yes, there is no doubt about this. Jonty Rhodes was by far the greatest fielder ever. He set the trend and the rest just follow him.
