Bryant Gumbel --- oh thank GOD for Bryant Gumbel. You know why? Because I've been sulking forever because I don't get the NFL network. Luckily a local broadcast aired the NFL network version so I was able to see the Cowboy game. Unlucky for me the broadcast was so horrible I was actually wishing for Kornheiser and crew. But thank you Bryant Gumbel now I won't go waste money on Satellite and to think I've spent all this time mad at my cable company. Sorry Charter!!! I wouldn't pay for that crap either.
I almost feel sorry for Cris Collinsworth because he's too good for that crew but he's only in it for the money anyway so he gets what he's paid for and I hope he gets paid alot to share a booth with that idiot Gumbel

You're right, the NFL Network did get off to a rookie start last night as there were more than enough technical glitches along with some blunders by Gumble. I believe it would be best to give the network the benefit of the doubt and some time to work out these problems. Broadcasting NFL games is no small undertaking and is something most viewers simply take for granted. I'll cast my vote for a new list of commentators though. Mr Gumble is actually very good with content that is pre-writtten (Real Sports - HBO) but obviously is not near as fluent when it comes to working on the fly. Collinsworth needs to go to school as well! Hopefully, we'll notice improvement with the NFL network broadcasts by the end of the season.

That was the worse broadcasting crew, I have ever heard. They should call him Bryant Stumble. He is black man who acts white then tries to be black again. If this is the best the NFL network can do, it was a best second rate broadcast, I have heard better broadcast of a Div II college football game. Also Cris Collingsworth was very annoying.

NFL Network needs to fire him. He got the teams wrong so many times I lost track. He got names wrong. He didn't know the plays.
My first NFL Network game and I think it was the worst broadcasting I've ever seen. I'll take John Madden, Troy Aikman, Pat Summerall and day of the week.
I vote him off the play by play

In Hell Dennis Miller, Dan Fouts, and Bryant Gumble call every game....with Tony Saragusa giving sideline reports dressed in drag.

Yes, he is the worst. He really hasn't improved since he was doing the Today show on NBC back in the late 1970s/early 1980s. He's always had a kinda "sit-by-the-coffee-table and let's-just-talk" type of approach to his journalism. And I think it's gotten old.

He is absolutely horrible! Chris Collinsworth isn't much better!
They need to replace the main play by ply guy with Marshal Faulk...he is actually good.
Hell I would rather see Mike & Mike do the game...they are pretty good in Arena Football.

OMG I am 100% with you, i couldnt stop talking about how much i hate Gumble's comintating! He is the F*cking worst!
However, i do love Collinsworth... he is so god d*amned honnest, its great.. he just calls it how he sees it and has no problem saying that something on the field is totally dumb!
so i guess the two offset... i think that may have been planned
