You do not have to because when you plant your bulbs they will just root very easily in the soil.

Not at all necessary, they come ready to grow and put down roots, you don't have to do a thing. Maybe mix a little bulb food in soil in the bottom of the hole, that will help for next year. Rooting hormone is basically for a cutting that you might want to grow roots, but a bulb is a complete unit, like a seed, and needs no help.

not necessary... all the goodies for root growth are contained in the bulb... rooting powder COULD cause the root end to rot if applied too thickly and that would be goodbye bulb.... just add a little bulb booster to the planting hole if you just want to give them a boost.... not necessary, either, but won't hurt.....

Absolutely no need to - unless you are transplanting bulbs from one location to another because they have started producing babies - then you may want to apply some fertilizer to the babies when you transplant them in the spring. Otherwise, if you take proper care of the bulb (don't trim off the leaves, let them die on their own, etc.) then they should be fine.

you can, but it's better to just sprinkle a small amount of bone meal in the soil, plant and enjoy next years flowers.
good luck
