This is most definitely sexual harassment - and you should stop it now! I went through a sex. harassment case just earlier this year, but my offender committed a crime against me, and I am having the county press charges . . . stop it now before it gets to the point that I am at!
I have to tell you though, that it isn't easy . . . some of the first questions that I got was - what did you do? Did you ask him not to do that? almost as if I welcomed this whole things.
You do need to tell him that these comments are not appreciated nor are they welcomed. If he says anything referring to anything sexual again, you will need to report him. Hopefully just by doing this, he will realize that he is out of line. If he doesn't stop, or even makes comments on how you can't handle joking around, then go to your HR. They should conduct a formal investigation . . .
good luck with it!!

wow. I think you need to make a written complaint immediately to your boss and his boss. This will usually stop the activity. This is sexual harassment, no question about it. If you don't get results, the company will have a huge problem, but only if informed of the problem. If you have a formal complaint procedure with the company, make sure to do that also. If you don't, you might have other problems.

Yes, that IS definitely sexual harassment! I would report him to a superior, or contact a hotline (check on google for those depending on which state you live in). You shouldnt have to put up with that at work. Best of luck to you, friend!

Sexual harassment doesn't have a specific definition. If he's making you uncomfortable with sexual comments and touching you inappropriately, then speak up. Tell him to knock it off, and if that doesn't work, tell your boss.

Yes, those comments are sexual harrassment. If I were you, the next time he makes those comments to you, you should inform him that it is sexual harrassment and the next time he says anything like that to you you will go to his boss and human resources. Hopefully that will shut him up. If it doesn't you need to follow up on the threat. Good luck.

YES... Sexual Harrassment..
You company should have a policy and protocal on what to do to report him. He needs to tone it down before he gets in further trouble and in my opinion only a complaint will do that.
You can be anonomous about it.
