Ok, os I know that I cannot mix an Elementalist with a Warior for my professions. I will create two characters.

What is the best secondary profession for an Elementalist?
What is the best secondary profession for a Warrior?

Again, that depends on what you want to do.

Depends on what games you have, amoung the base classes...

E/Me is a good idea, since Mesmer gives energy control and interrupts.
E/N could be nice too, start with DoT spells from Necromancer then switch to direct damage from the elementalist.
E/Mo gives you a large pool to heal from.

Warriors are frequently W/Mo, almost too frequently, but it is an idea. W/R should probably be avioded since most skills in both classes require specific weapons.

I don't know about Faction's exclusive proffessions, but I think Warrior would go well with either Paragon or Dervish. Dervish self-buff, and Paragon's party buff.

to be honest it doesnt matter because at a later time you can change your professions as you please.
but it also depends on what you want to do.
i like ele/mon to farm and war/monk to farm
but if you want to pvp then go ele/rit and war/ranger
