I currently have a $29,000 private CASHloan from Mohela and they are treating me very very poorly. Is there any way to sell this loan to another institution or transfer it? Any help would be appreciated!

You don't sell loans, banks do.

What you can do is exactly what the other answerer stated and take out a new loan using that money to pay off the other loan.

good luck!

The student loan would need to be refinanced thru another lender. A lender can sell your loan to another lender. A borrower refinances.

Yes, you can get a consolidation loan from many different institutions.

Talk to your local bank. I'm sure they can help you with all of the paperwork.
