I think about how looks don't really even matter if you're not even enjoying life, and feeling stuck and depressed all the time. Being beautiful is nice, but would it be worth it for suffering, maybe a few glimpses of hope and cheer now and then, but to me, it's just not appealing. I ask this questoin because it's on my mind alot, people say i'm attractive, i view myself as a fairly beautiful person (flawed in places) nonetheless i don't get much out of life. I feel people who are less on the scale of attractiveness, at least with whom i've been around seem to be generally content and getting more out of life. I would much rather be an ugly (by societies standards) and happy person. I just feel inner beauty is so much more important. And even if you're beautiful, eventually looks fade, right? What would you prefer.
