Can i ask a question where only certain country can answer. Is there a facility as such?

I need to ask a question related only to South Africans. Maybe there is another website that you can tell me about.

On Yahoo!Answers all English questions will be posted "worldwide". You can go to a particular country listed by the flags at the bottom of the screen and see if a particular country has what you're looking for.

Well, you can go to the travel section and ask in that country area or you can put the limitation in the question. Or put an ad in a local paper or call in to a local radio talk show.
