Not going to happen this year. Am either going to be moving today or evicted tomorrow. One or the other. Bad time of year to have to move on SSDI but I take what I can get. Best Christmas present I could get today or any day is a place to move to that was a lot cheaper than California but still reasonable to live.

I have most of my shopping done. I buy throughout the year.
If see something someone would like, I buy it. Or I order it.
Or just shop locally. I don't care for the crowds. I have mostly wrapping to do now.

Edit.--Wally, I hope you do well with your place to live and that you find something that works for you. Good luck.

It is about half and half. I just placed an online order. This will be shipped directly to the recipient. I hate standing in the long lines at the post office, not to mention the shipping costs seem to go up every year. I like seeing the mall decorations so I will be at one or two also.

No Hustling here. Shopping with technology now days. I know I will end up in a mall just once to see the decorations and watch the children with Santa.

Thank You for asking!

In August I sold a bunch of used books on Amazon and earned $250 in credit-So I will be shopping there this year. I also split a "Prime" membership with my sisters so I get free shipping. Not planning on fighting any crowds for once.

I haven't even started yet. I think I will be doing a little bit of both. I'm lucky that I can hit the stores during the day when the crowds aren't so large.
Good to see you again.

I do some online shopping, but I also shop in stores too. I am thinking of gag gifts this year, we do that every year with my family... we try and find the ugliest p j's ever and give them as a gift, then the one that got the ugliest ones last year, has to give them to someone else... last year I made my girls slippers out of maxi pads with bells on them... I don't know if they thought it was funny.. but I sure did! LOL

On line! No crowds, often free shipping and I don't have to search 20 stores to find the item I want to purchse!

I'm out with the crowds and I love it! It's my favorite time of year. Don't ask me why but I can hoenstly say that I enjoy buying gifts for my friends and family. It's fun thinking up new creative things to get them and it's the one time of year my mother will let me spoil her, which I love doing. I've finally stopped buying her jewelry though....that's my step-father's job now!
