Not many, If any at all. The problem is drivers. If you are thinking about buying a printer, go to the manufacturers website. Look for driver updates and be sure that windows ME is available as one of the platforms for drivers. Since Windows ME was completely fazed out last year Microsoft no longer provides updates for it and I don't believe that manufacturers would bother writing drivers for it.
I had Windows ME, and couldn't use my printer anymore after ME crashed and the driver was lost. There was no longer a driver available to download. Now that Vista has been out for a while an XP upgrade disk should be cheaper to buy, and that may be your only option to get a working printer.

If you are able to identify the printer driver software for Windows Me, the printer is compatible.

All Dot matrix printers.
HP's Deskjet series does not work on earlier windows and
an upgrade is neceessary to windows 2000.
If you are already stuck with a non-running printer, contact

Modern day printers are all compatible.
If you ddon't have the software.......
If you haven't already messed it up, Turn off the computer.
Hook up the wiring. Put some paper in the printer.
Now turn on the computer and immediately turn on the printer.
Wait until you see the words on the computer, FOUND NEW HARDWARE, Install ??? Click OK and wait. Now follow any instructions to make both you and the computer happy.
Run tests recommended.

Probably all of them, since they should have drivers for ME, 2000, etc.
