if you're going to Europe, you just take your U.S. dollars with you, and exchange them at one of the Exchange booths or stores that are in every major European airport.

If your not then I would reccomend calling your bank or any bank to find out. I know there are some websites where you can buy Euro money.

Small amounts (under approx $10,000) can be done 'as a tourist' at most Banks and Money Exchanges (or at any European Airport).

Larger amounts are best done via a specialist money exchange house = ask you Bank.

NB> It may be possible to open a Euro denominated account at your domestic Bank (why not ask them ?).

If you're just looking for investment you can buy the FXE which is the just like buying the Euro but since its at an all time high I think right now would not be the time for such an investment.

If you in the USA, any international or federal bank should do that for you.
