I'm guessing either The Doors or Jimi Hendrix.
Anyone know?

Edit: I found a website that listed "only" 32 Elvis albums.

Elvis.

NP: "She Moves Ghostly" - Glenn Hughes

*** Educated guess... I'm looking for some info. The record actually belongs to Tupac, but you said "rock".

*** Let's just say I lost count somewhere around 110.

*** Correction. Tupac holds the record for most albums of "new material" released after his death.

*** AMG has a pretty comprehensive list. Most of the titles are out of print, and some of them are imports, but they are technically part of his catalog.

I gotta go with jmike on this one.

And if you'll accept a rap artist, I'm pretty sure that Tupac has released more albums post-mortem than anyone.

EDIT: Jmike! I should have read the REST of your answer! LMAO!

I'm with JMike. There's no way it can be anyone else but The King.
