values to live in the wilds of Alaska. Sumptious photography of the natural landscape, sharp script and wonderful performances from Emille Hirsch, William Hurt and Hal Holbrook. The film is above all a celebration of character and individuality and a questioning of convention, not seen in American films since the 1970s

Stardust - another fantasty tale starring michelle pfeiffer & robert de niro - brilliant
and next week - The Golden Compass - looks fab

Arguably 'sicko'. It seems to have been the best film Michael Moore made ro date.

That kinda depends on what films you are into.
I've seen Stardust and I enjoyed it (would have enjoyed it more if the stupid girls next to us didn't keep talking and texting on their phones!)

I went to see 'Stardust' yesterday (Thurs 29th Nov). It was fabulous, not too long, good humour, great special effects.
