I almost fell asleep down there in the depths. Am I the only one who finds them a little creepy?

I lived in an apartment that didn't have a laundry room just a small cave in the basement with a stackable washer and dryer. There was nothing cozy and comforting about it. The caretaker's room was right next door he was a very large slightly retarded fella who stared at me. I think he was the one who drilled the holes in the ceiling above my bed.

It has something to do with either positive or negative ions that are put out by the dryers that makes you sleepy.

I always liked them. I could read and act like I wasn't silently judging people for folding their clothes the wrong way...

no...looks like a violent crime could happen there....i would leave the laundry and come back when it was done, hopefully it will still be there
