They are building blocks of RNA. Uracil is a base.

phosphate makes up the stranded in the DNA,

ribose is a form of simple sugar found in the DNA and the RNA,

while uracil makes up the base in the RNA

It's a busted up bit of RNA.
Uracil flags it as RNA, as does ribose.

Codons @ mRNA are study and the corresponding amino acid would be carried to the ribosome bye tRNA. a tRNA includes basically one amino acid at a time so distinctive tRNA are neccesary for the only actual protein assembly.
