Hogan won in a snoozer of a match
The best match that Wrestlemania was Macho Man vs Ricky Steamboat for the IC title. They put on a great display of well executed moves while Hogan and the Giant were just lumbering around the ring punching and kicking for the most part.

Somebody may correct me but I think Andre got hit with the champiuonship belt and then Hogan did his feeble leg drop .... then he pinned him for the 1-2-3
