jogging for 5 kms a day its really amazing! just try that .other than that i am in my last year of school so i would definately say punishments which i will get deprived off in a few weeks

Nothing comes close to running for me!! I love to run at dawn and have to keep my weight up to run. It gives you a high, no joke.
