Buy a bunch of stocking from the dollar store and hang them around the front desk or on all the windows. I saw this at a coffee shop it was really nice and had a big impact for Christmas.

Take and pictures off the walls and wrap them like a present with a big ribbon or bow. Hang them back on the walls.

if you have framed pictures or such on the wall take them down and wrap the front like presents and re hang. Have everyone bring in used christmas cards fronts and string them on tinsel around the office. cut out paper snow flakes.make it a office thing...have everyone bring something from home to decorate thier own desk or area.

you can personalize inexpensive stocking with glitter pens. check out thirft stores and it you have printers you can design and print out christmas pics.

hope this helps
