Just let the special interest groups & lobbyists do it as usual or flip a coin once the top Dem & GOP candidate has been nominated?

I personally like the flip the coin because it would drive the right wing or left wing special interest groups totally nuts.

Return to the original Constitutionally defined voting population: propertied men.

Extending the franchise to uneducated, economically and historically illiterate masses has only resulted in the decaying of the country, the voting for "bread & circuses" and the resultant losses of liberty, freedom and rights.

The unwashed masses haven't the knowledge to vote intelligently, and we've been suffering for over a century from it.
