It would be a rhetorical question to a genius who would know that it is a question based relative to the opinion of anyone and therefore there is no answer to the question.

I disagree. I believe it has a definate answer of no. A definition of genius is "a person having an extraordinarily high intelligence rating on a psychological test, as an IQ above 140" (dictionary.com). Many people would be able to read this if they do not have an IQ above 140. Therefore, being able to read this would by no means suggest you are a genius!
