Perhaps a search for "quit smoking" + "natural ways" might be of interest.

Smoking is the hardest thing to quit. It usually takes more than one try. Consult your doctor. There are non-nicotine drugs that work. Do try everything to quit. Use the support groups and the phone in help lines. Find out what works for you. If you fail, don't sweat it, try again. Keep trying until you quit.
This week I am 3 months smoke free. I feel better. I can smell a mouse fart from 100 yards away now. LOL It is amazing how the sense of smell comes back and you can also tell when a smoker enters the room. I tried a lot of methods. Chantix finally worked, so far. I used the support lines ans so far so good. The urges still come but not so intense or often.
Good luck. Remember, cigarettes are the only product when used as directed, will kill you.

Hey! I'm the same! And do you know what? It's because I don't want to quit. As long as cars pollute our world, food gets poisoned with chemicals to make it look better, grow faster, etc. There's nothing safe anymore. I'll die before my time from that anyway, so I keep on smoking. At least I have some fun before I go. If you want a healthy life you have to live in the woods and live out of herbs. But where is the woods?
Just enjoy your life as much and however you can. And if smoking is part of it, don't worry. Besides it isn't smoking that gives cancer to most people, it's stress.

Check with your local hospitals or clinics to see if they offer hypnosis to help you quit smoking. I have a co-worker who was skeptical because he had tried just about everything else, but he gave it a whirl and after ONE TREATMENT he put the cigarettes down and hasn't smoked in over three years. The good news is most health insurance plans will cover the cost of hypnotherapy to quit smoking. It's definitely worth checking out.

Thinking produces behaviour and we humans repeat a common error, we tend to think that the future is limited by the events of the past. We look back and think "I can't quit" - not realizing that this thought becomes the seed for our tomorrows.
You can stop smoking, but the first step in stopping is thinking you can.
The moment you desire to stop, and I mean sincerely desire to stop, then this ideal has already become real in your heart.
The next step is to feed the ideal and bring the ad-diction into conscious awareness, where you regain the ability to control and direct your thoughts.

just slowly reel yourself off it. Say you smoke a pack a day...gradually reduce it by half a pack the next week and a quarter pack the next. Finally start chewing gum or anything else you like to help you stop.
If you do stop now after 15 years almost all traces of the damage done to your lungs will seize. Then you just have to stick to your plan. Excersizing more will also help. Talk to your doctor for more advice!
Good Luck and do not give up you can do it!

Until you are ready you will not quit. When you are ready you will. If you add up how much you can save by not smoking, that should be some incentive.
