just put new headlights in my 2000 Mustang. ( It was easy to do). I have 8000K halogen bulbs in them for super bright white light.
The trouble is, when I took a test drive last night I was scared because I could not really see. I think they point too much to the ground or something. Even when on hi-beam, I still could not see as good as with the stock headlights that were a bit clouded.
Anyone have any thoughts? Is there a way to adjust the direction of the bulb? I don;t see how, though, as I replaced the bulbs and there seems to be only one way they sit.
Help. I may need to put my stocks back in .
Here are the lights I have:

I just read that the blue halogens cut your vision by 20%? I got a pair included with the lights I bought and put them in. Maybe that is why I cannot see? Should I put the regular bulbs back in? Plus I do not want to burn up my car...please advise.

My headlights are BRAND NEW.... don't need polish.
I will be taking out the "upgrade" lightbulbs that came with them and putting in the original plain lights. Hopefully I will be able to see better.
