This one is correct. Bolivar was a revolutionary leader. The nation of Bolivia is named after him.

Bolivar did petition Haiti for help in his revolution, but Haiti had already gained it's independence by then.

While Bolivar did travel in Napoleon's retinue for a while, He never was made governor of anything by Napoleon, and When Napoleon made Joseph Bonaparte King of Spain, Bolivar fought against him.

Golivar never went to Greece, as far as I can tell. He died before Greece's independence from the Turks.
