hey dude... 10cm (or 4inches) is just a bit below average.... but is long enough to get to ur partner's "g" spot, dont sweat it
depending on ur age, it might grow more... but the most important thing is how u use it
some dudes have 20cm tools that wont even get hard... now thats worrying!!

Believe it or not it depends upon your nationality, they vary all around the world.
