In my country the age group that attends high school is 12-18. Well, the first two years I was part of a clique that was united only because of a love for soccer, after that I hung out with the other misfits, who couldn't be classified as anything other than just a bunch of kids with nothing in common, except not fitting in.

I was in 2 groups. One which we called "The Big Girls Association" or B.G.A. In order to join, you had to take the Big Girl Challenge and eat a king-size candy bar in 30seconds or less...I finished mine in 25 b/c I love candy. Anyway, b/c I didn't meet the weight requirement (I was 5'7, 153lbs) they elected me as an "Honorary Big Girl"; it was one of the highlights of my Senior year.
The 2nd group, we called ourselves the "un-popular" people. It was composed of the freaks, geeks, nerds (which I proudly proclaimed), computer junkies, stoners, goths, and other social outcasts. We all banded together--away from the rich kids, snobs, and jocks--and got more attention for it. Especially since me and a few of the ppl continually changed our hair colors, wore crazy vintage clothes, and wild make-up.

i became into in a 'team' that did no longer fall into any of the stereotypical groupies. loaners consistent with threat? there have been many folk that did no longer extra wholesome into the 'clique/team' image and to us, we've been those that fairly stood out the main. we've been 'individualists' if something. there have been approximately 9-10 persons yet pointing out what share contributors there have been persons could make me sound purely as ignorant and purely as boastful because of the fact the different groupies that attempted to 'slot in'. yet wow...you probably did no longer have a b/f until the 11th grade. you could desire to have been harsh w/ the boys back in the day that attempted to ask you out. lol.

I avoided groups and preferred to be alone. I keep a small close knit circle of trusted people even today. I'm happy and successful. I have to admit that I enjoyed hanging out with the rebellious kids.

I fell into many categories. Hicks, druggies, nerd, weirdo, freaks, losers, and then drop outs. That makes like Jesus, huh?
