I think that if it is warm enough to wear sandals, you dont need the socks. If you need the socks to keep your feet warm, you should probably wear some other kind of shoes.

I wonder what inspired them to wear socks with their sandals. How could you do such a thing? About half the time, though, they're wearing a fanny pack as well.

I live at the beach and usually one word comes to mind --- TOURIST.
