Theoretically yes, however to make time slow down you would have to accelerate to the speed of light, time would stop just past the speed of light and any faster would make time reverse. That is if you believe all that science stuff. Oh yeah, in doing so your mass would be crushed into an infinite stream of particles smaller than a photon. Sucks to be you. Or, you could get on a fast plane traveling cross country and land in an earlier time zone than you left.
