Wax it trust me it's not painful at all only if you have baby skin plus it takes it out from it's roots so it won't grow back for a while.

There are many methods used to remove hair on chest.
They are :

Waxing -can be painful and removes the hair from the route.

Shaving with a razor - the growth here is faster.

Use of depilatory creams and foam - can cause skin allergy depending on the type of skin and reactions to the creams.

Laser hair removal - can be costly but requires a few treatments.Less painful

Shaving it is good, and contrary to popular belief, it doesn't cause it to grow in any faster. I mean, use logic, your hair on your head grows no faster when you cut it, so why is this any different? Plucking, ie waxing, will make it grow in thicker when it comes back, because pulling hairs out increases the size of the pore, allowing more hair to grow through. I'd suggest simple shaving though, nothing fancy.

Removing chest hair is easy shave it! You could try those creams for ladies legs which you put on wait and wash off...OR you could let it grow naturally...
