I can't speak for Americans, but immigrants to Canada fare better than a lot of us. We struggle on Old Age Pension, some of my drugs are not covered on the Senior's Drug
Benefits. Their housing, food, drugs, medical and anything else you can think of is covered. They don't even need to come in through the front door. They can sneak in and are treated better than those of us who are Canadians.

What the sense that anyone who comes to America can pull themselves up by the bootstraps and make something of them self? It was supposed to be universal, but it seems to be very racially selective. Why do some ethic groups generally thrive and others get labeled as a problem?
