Somtimes I have several nightmares in one night.
I have night mares about every singlt night.
and 100% of the time it's about fear. It would start out as being normal then I am suddenly being chased, fighting, or running for my life. It is so wierd and scary.
It;s being going on for at least 7 years or longer.
A lot of times it's a dog chasing or attacking me even though
True story as GOD is my witness.
I've never had a dog bite or encounered a dog situation.
This has lead me to really hate all animals.
When I was living with a couple girl friends a few years back, I would scream or make a loud horrifing sound in my sleep, they thought I was crazy. I beleive in GOD and usedto attend Church in my youth. I have a professional Job, have 8 grand kids which 4 lives with me now. If I had to choose a level of stress in my life on a scal of 1-10, I think it will be 8.
( broke all the time, no woman right now, drink daily, no car at the moment ect;) Someone please HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you on any meds? Welbutrin and Chantix are some of the worst meds for causing dream problems. Find out if there is any side effects with any meds you are on.
Second, fear, as real as it is, is not a fruit of the Spirit, so don't make decisions based on fear or anger. Once that is under control, ask God every day to take these dreams away from you. Tell Him that you know He wants good things for you and to teach you what you are intended to learn from these dreams and then to take them away from you. Then expect God to take them away. God is not limited by our faith and expectations, but a lot of the time our faith activates God's power. How many times in the Bible did Jesus say something to the effect "Your faith has healed you." He said it to the paralytic, to the lepers, to the man sitting beside the pool where the angel stirred the waters, etc. Read Your Best Life Now by Joel Osteen, it will help with your thoughts. Best of luck.

Hey, Me too. I've been going through sort of the same problem. Sometimes, Nightmares are linked to a memorie. Or related to a memorie. So, if there is a memorie you have that is haunting you, you have to try and face it. I;m stil facing mine. Now, if it's not from a memorie, sometimes our minds see things that we don't want to see, or think about things that we don't phycialy want to think about, but we do. And then we drift into sleep and it turns into a dream. I suggest; A. Meditating before sleeping. B. Drinking tea. C. Taking relaxing baths. D. Spa day! Treat yourself to one since you haven't gotten much sleep. E. If all else fails, grab some sleeping pills or something from friends. Or go see a doctor and ask for some. F. Also, breathing sometimes helps I suppose. best of luck. Sleep is important honey, try and sleep. Also, sometimes wearing youself out until you can't take it anymore will put you into a deep sleep. Like, I run like an animal for a long peirod of time, and then come home and crash. Sometimes, if you do more in the daytime, our bodys feel it later. Another suggestion is to try not to sleep for a day or two, and then on the third day do. Most people won't suggest this because there all like, "That's bad for you, or, oh you shouldn't do that." So, this part is just the advice that most people wouldn't give. Another peice of advice that most people won't give, is what my mother does is have a little bit of alhohal before she sleeps. Even wine can do! God Bless.

well, same as you i got scary dreams like you. but i think it's not an exactly a dream it's some kind of a exhausted dreams i dont really know if that is a dream or not.

for example: I know i am awake but i cant move, my eyes is half open and i can see the cealing already but still i can't move any of my muscle. it makes me very exhuasted.
and many of my relatives die on that kind of thing.

but I get use to it. it really doesn't bother me at all now. i just kick my other foot and then im a wake.

So i say the more bad dreams you get the more you get use to it.

If you run from something its just going to chase. You have to face your fears turn around and ask why are you chasing me. Thats what someone told me and it worked. Also, you said you believe in god ask for help and see what happens.
