When people become DEPRESSED three important feelings activated which can be consider as three Enemies of human life.
No-1 Enemy - Helplessness
No-2 Enemy-Hopelessness
No-3 Enemy -Worthlessness
In this thickly populated World NOBODY is helpless,hopeless and worthless in physically but mentally it may happen.
You may change your negativism & lookings through the feelimg of DOABLENESS i.e. you talk to yourself " i can do ,i can overcome and i can also WIN" This monologue
has a miracle influence on human mind.

hey dear why do you want to be depressed the most handicapped person braille was not depressed,find the reason for your depression dont go near to view it gigantic come away from problem to a very long distance problem will defitely be away from u, if you didnt no the reason go for medidation it helps you

so am i........we are humans after all we ve feelings and we do tend to get depress....the best way to come up with is be in a company dont stay alone or else u would just worsen ur situation...or listen to good songs not the depressing ones.....thats wht i do....;)

It depends on if you want to take medicine or not and how much money you have. A psychologist can listen to you and a doctor can put you on medication. Both is usually best. Get enough sleep too and don't starve yourself.

Reach out,don't sulk.Find out what interest you or excited you in the past, get its meaning and start pursuing it.Get connected to people / nature / animals / issues / events / and so on.Go beyond your usual thoughts and feelings which is depleting your energy.Good luck.
