i like it in oil, it tastes so much nicer then springwater or brine.

spring water, brine too salty and oil - well to oily to be honest!
but the best way is fresh tuna, pan cooked with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo in a ciabata roll. mmm nice

spring water for me as its seems to taste fresh but the sunflower oil may be good for you but its makes the tuna greasy

they say water is best but i prefer oil. to me the tuna just tastes better in oil.
