Yes as pre-ejaculate does contain sperm too, it is possible for it to impregnate a woman. The withdrawal method of contraception is unreliable for that reason.

pre-*** has more sperm than the whole rest of the load. There's a greater chance that you will get a girl pregnant from the little bit that comes out when you insert you rpenis into her than you will get her pregnant from actually ejaculating inside her. Since you had to ask this question, you are definitely not mature enough for sex.
