You didn't say what your budget is and for whom you are buying. If this is for other than your kids, than I would buy them tickets to an Art Museum or tickets to a classical concert. Or as Victor 7707 said a bible. Kids nowadays have outrages demands on gifts and don't appreciate anything besides money, gift cards, computers, cell phones etc, all expensive gifts.

ya the best thing would be iPods/cellphones/ gift card to an electronic store/ money/ maybe a "shopping date" (take them to stores like tilleys/pacsun/hot topic/ etc)(my aunt took me on a shopping date this past weekend to pacsun and tilleys and i was sooo happy cuz now i have all new hot clothes.. it depends mostly on the kid though
