Hair mas no mettalic content, so in general, no, a magnet will not effect your hair. However, static electricity will make your hair stand on end.

maybe if you have metallic hair gel of something :P
An electrostatic conductor could do that by induction,
such as a van de Graaf generator (spelling?)
