I notice my trousers are tighter but I don't usually weigh myself at any time of the month. I did do it a few times a couple of years ago and I noticed I was always at least a kilo heavier at that time of the month. I think it came around the start of the period.

The weight gain during a period is about 5 lbs because of the rise in hormones. I gain weight before my period.

As for my normal weight it should be around 130 but due to medical problems including a hormone imbalance I am much heavier.

You gain weight before period (during PMS). I can gain up to 15-20lbs and its mostly on my midsection and face - nobody ever tells that it looks like i have gained weight but i hear every month (after i get period): "wow, you have lost some weight!"
