According to Bournemouth Airport website the only UK destination is Prestwick with Ryanair for a full list of destinations http://www.bournemouthairport.com/cms/9/winter-destinations.html
You can travel from Manchester to Southampton by Flybe http://www.flybe.com
For trains it is worth checking http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ and coaches http://www.nationalexpress.com/

I am not sure but domestic flights like these really are wasteful, please consider a coach or train unless you really do have to fly!
I would, however, direct you to flybe.co.uk if you're serious- or even a private air charter company.
