I am a 21 year old female and this last week I have been getting bad headaches (I never get headaches, ever). I have been feeling pretty queasy but no vomiting, and a little lower back ache... I guess pregnancy is not ruled out but I do not have breast tenderness and I am not yet late, however I still am not due for a period for about a week or so. Any help?

Do you feel any kind of stiffness in your neck?
Do you have a fever? If so, it's possible that you could have meningitis, which is entirely treatable if caught in time. If you have no fever, but you feel dizzy or have blurred or double vision, it could be a small brain tumor (which are often benign).

If neither of these apply, then it could be simple stress..or like you said, dehydration. It's easy to test by just drinking twice as much as you usually do and see if it helps. Take a close look at your life to determine if you have too much "on your plate", which might be causing stress headaches.

Check out the links I've provided to try and figure out what's going on.

Dehydration is a possibility but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
