Surely, all the three - Head, Heart and Hand - are equally important and only then we can call anyone as educated, it is only then total/holistic/wholesome development of the person will take place. This would ensure peace and prosperity.

I don't think it is. Your passion is the one that drives you to pursue something and endure in the many ordeals that you would face. If only your head and your hands are in the game and trials come your way, it won't be long before you find yourself giving up. College is arduous. You have to have the penchant for your studies. Besides, if you don't love what you do, then why do it? What good is it if you do get a degree but your experiences were dull?

If Head and hands are directed properly then Heart goes only by the right direction and towards Right destination... My personal experience.

This question is ambiguous at best. I'm gonna go with no, if they don't have their heart in it, they chose the wrong major. This is a 4-H college/camp I assume... The other H is Health.
