Urge of Hunger gets satisfied soon when the stomach is almost full, but the other one increases the 'appetite' when a person tries to satisfy the urge! So, obviously, when the urge crosses reasonable limits, the means of fulfilling it could also cross socially acceptable limits, making a person culprit.

If u make sex available to a hungry for food person he will first move to get some food to satisfy his hunger leaving sex apart. Now a person not hungry if sex is made available to him he Will hasten for it to satisfy sex hunger. So both the urge likely to make a person culprit if these r not easily available to him. Hence both could be responsive to crime a per son commits.

i think urge to hunger, because if you have no job and you are hungry then one is obliged to rob from other people, that makes a person culprit, but if you are well settled in life, then the urge of sex is automatically satisfied.LOL

Hunger is the first basic drive. You need it to live. Then men are built with a stronger visual sex drive than women (thus strip joints and nudie magazines). So you have to deal with that as a man. Both men and women have hunger drive. Men have a marketable sex drive. So I guess that does make men a culprit. :-) But it's biological. How you control it is your character.

urge of sex is worse, people have waged wars, killed, burnt etc. for sex, for women. They say 'the face that launched a thousand ships, helen of troy' is a classic example.
